Elora Brewing

Brett aged saison - 6.2% abv. (Elora)

A Saison we have been aging since our last anniversary, we added a Brettanomyces, a wild yeast to this brew and let it do its thing for a full year. With subtle flavours of pear and cloves, high carbonation and a soft finish, it’s about as close to a beer based champagne as you can get. Perfect for celebrating our fourth anniversary.

Redline Brewing

Wheat - 4.9% abv. (Barrie)

The floral and peppery esters produced from the Belgium yeast draw you in but quickly float away leaving you with an effervescent, delicious, and refreshing sip. With a foundation of wheat malt and flaked wheat, you betcha this brew has a bright yellow haze, tons of head retention, and robust lacing in the glass. Orange zest, coriander, and chamomile botanicals have been added to the end of the boil to balance out the Citra and Mandarina Bavaria hops.

Second Wedge Brewing

Second Wedge Brewing

Porter - 5.5% abv. (Uxbridge)

A deep roast character with loads of dark chocolate and espresso flavour make Rain Maker a rich indulgence. But its alter ego is a playful pal to all things barbecue with a refreshing, brisk edge and a dry, never-cloying finish. Rain Maker soothes on blustery days but is at home on every summer dinner table. Pairs with grilled meats, cured ham, steak, dark chocolate.
