Rouge River Brewing

Fruited IPA - 7.0% abv. (Markham)

They’ve taken Holy Trinity, one of their most popular IPAs, still made with a combination of Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe, and then added a combination of pineapple puree, and pineapple juice concentrate for a touch of acidity and fruit complexity.

Muddy York Brewing

Muddy York Brewing

Fruited Sour - 5.5% abv. (Toronto)

Staring Down The Sun balances the tangy sweetness of clementine with the tart acidity of a sour ale. The result is a clean, juicy, and citrusy brew that will shine brightly on your palate.

Signal Brewing

Signal Brewing

New England Pale Ale - 6.1% abv. (Corbyville)

Wave is a beer for all hop lovers as it delivers all the complex hop characters of an IPA with none of the bitterness. It has a hazy appearance and a smooth and silky mouth feel. On the nose and palette you’ll enjoy heavy notes of pineapple, grapefruit, and stone fruits. Finishing off extremely clean.

Left Field Brewing

Left Field Brewing

Inspired by Weyermann® Eraclea Pilsner Malt, a terroir malt produced from premium Eraclea barley grown near the Adriatic Sea northeast of Venice. Common Good Brewing

Common Good Brewing

East Coast IPA - 6.9% abv. (Toronto)

This brew is super approachable and easy to drink. On the nose you get high volume aroma of stone fruit (peach, apricot) with hints of mango and pineapple. On the palate we dialed down the IBUs to balance a lighter malt bill that includes a high proportion of oats for body and head retention. The result is a balanced taste of bitterness with fruity tropical sweetness.

Prince Eddys Brewing

Prince Eddys Brewing

NE IPA - 6.5% abv. (Prince Edward County)

Brewed in collaboration with Calabogie, this is Prince Eddys second variation of Haze Brigade, this time hopped with Columbus, Galaxy, and Simcoe

Glassware Etiquette: We recommend using any tulip shape glass for all of these beers or a wine glass works too. IPA glasses work great for the IPA's. For simplicity, you can use our tumbler for any style of beer, always.
