July 2019
3 lagers, 1 wheat, and a whole lot of pale ale.
9 unique breweries and 9 unique beers - 4285ml
Helles Lager - 4.5% abv. (St. Jacobs)
Pale, dry, and crispy. Light floral and hay aroma, medium bodied, with a light sweet malt flavour and dry finish.
This is lager perfection.
APA - 5% abv. (Markham)
This Planet of the APAs features a blend of Sabro and Zythos hops for notes of navel orange, grapefruit peel and lychee with a hint of coconut. A blend of wheat malt and flaked oats adds haze and body. Packed with flavour but all in an easy drinking pale ale package.
IPA - 6.1% abv. (Elora)
This sunny summer IPA is bright and juicy with bold tropical fruit flavours. We packed this beer with Citra and Azacca hops so it smells as good as it tastes. A great addition to your summer line up.
NE IPA - 6.5% abv. (Toronto)
Working Hard NEIPA with El Dorado & Galaxy is our most luxe version to date. Soft and gentle, itβs a hazy, tropical juice fest that really captures the essence of both hops.
Lime Cerveza - 4.2% abv. (Corbyville)
Ion lime cerveza is designed with the patio in mind. Light, crisp and refreshing, it also packs a delightful lime punch on the nose and palette combined with a gentle malt backbone for a super drinkable summer lager.
Black Lager - 5.2 % abv. (Newmarket)
Black Bear is a traditional Schwarbier that pours a deep brown with ruby undertones and a creamy ivory head. The nose is roasted with a rich bready backbone. Soft and subtle roast is elevated again by rich bready notes and a balanced bitterness. A crisp and clean finish, with a mildly lingering roasted cacao and coffee character.
APA - 4.5% abv. (Thunder Bay)
A piney sessionable IPA. Beaver Duck is once dry-hopped with Amarillo and Galaxy. Its bitter finish will make for an excellent beer to pair a rich meal with.
Spiced Wheat - 5% abv. (Hamilton)
Belgian-style wheat beer with chamomile, orange peel & lemon zest. Citrus with light spice & banana notes from yeast. Tropical sweetness up front with a dry finish.
IPA - 5.8% abv. (Ottawa)
Pineapple Bomb Pina Colada IPA
Loaded with juicy pineapple and hoppy bits up front, with thick meaty coconut blast at the tail end.
Glassware Etiquette: We recommend using any tulip shape glass for all of these beers or a wine glass works too. IPA glasses work great for the IPA's. For simplicity, you can use our tumbler for any style of beer, always.
