7 unique breweries and 9 unique beers - 3984ml
Imperial Stout - 8.7% abv. (St. Jacobs)
An intensely flavoured, dark ale featuring notes of roasted coffee, chocolate and dark fruits.
White IPA - 5.5% abv. (Toronto)
Rabbit of Caerbannog - Like the vicious rabbit that slowed the search for the Holy Grail, this wheat based IPA is deceiving. It smells like tropical fruit and looks light but it has a strong and bitter bite. Beware the bunny.
Saison - 6.5% abv. (St. Jacobs)
Funky, dry, grassy saison featuring unconventional grains such as spelt to profile an old world flavour.
Black Lager - 5.5% abv. (Toronto)
Inspired by the semi-pro ball club famous for hosting the unique annual twilight event known as the ‘midnight sun game’, Goldpanner is a dark, gently smoked lager brewed with specialty Barn Owl smoked malt and Clear Valley Ontario hops. Showing off a medium body and a mild and pleasant, toasty finish Goldpanner is a balanced dark beer perfect for a late night sandwich and a ball game.
IPA - 5% abv. (Toronto)
Delicious and unbelievably easy to drink, this beer is made with Galaxy and Mosaic hops, along with a hint of Voss Kveik for just a little bit of edge. With notes of tropical fruit, and a clean, bitter finish you won’t be able to get enough of this one.
Pale Ale - 5.7 % abv. (Toronto)
Hardly Working - lighter riff on theWorking Hard NEIPA and Working Twice as Hard DIPA series. It’s hazy and juicy with big tropical flavours like its siblings, but at 5.7% ABV and 20 IBU, this New England Pale Ale is a real crusher.
Mosaic and El Dorado
Coffee Porter - 4.1% abv. (Toronto)
A Mocha Coffee Porter, brewed in collaboration with The Society of Beer Drinking Ladies and Balzac’s Coffee Roasters.
Brewed with coffee from Balzac’s Coffee Roasters, sourced from the Las Rosas Women’s coffee project.
Las Rosas is a co-operative of over 400 Colombian women that aims to prioritize gender equality and promote leadership positions on coffee farms.
The cacao used in this brew was supplied by ChocoSol, and is directly sourced and traded from Indigenous communities in Mexico, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, and Ecuador.
A portion of proceeds from the sale of this beer will be donated to the Canadian Women’s Foundation, who since 1991 have been improving the lives of women and girls in Canada.
Pale Ale - 3.9% abv. (Mississauga)
The nickname given to a large main staysail used by a schooner in light winds. This light and sessionable IPA has enough flavour to fill your sails yet not enough to keel you over.
Smoked Wheat - 4.9% abv. (Uxbridge)
This twist on the traditional Munich wheat beer has a lightly smoked aroma and a crisp, dry finish from additions of oak-smoked wheat and pale rye malts. Low hop bitterness lets these subtle flavours shine. Smoked Wheat on Rye has lingering spice/banana notes, the result of esters produced during its fermentation with weissbier ale yeast. Pairs with smoked fish, potato chips, pickles.
