Sour DIPA w Mango - 8% abv. (Hamilton)
Tart and sour mango bomb, dry hopped with the power trio of Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe.
APA - 5.5% abv. (Markham)
Conquest of the Planet of the APAs! This batch was hopped with Simcoe, Amarillo and Centennial hops for notes of pine, grapefruit peel with a hint of floral character. Wheat and oats give that sweet sweet haze and a small amount of Vienna and light caramel malt give a richer malt character.
NEIPA - 6.5% abv. (St. Jacobs)
The Myth is a New England IPA double dry-hopped with Mosaic, Amarillo and Huell Melon. The hops lend to big notes of citrus fruit with a dry finish.
DH Oak Aged Sour - (St. Jacobs)
Fancy - brewed in collaboration with Newfoundland’s Port Rexton Brewing. An oak aged, dry hopped. lightly tart farmhouse ale.
Rye Beer - 5.9% abv. (North Bay)
Roggenbier, which literally translates to 'rye beer', is rooted deep in German brewing history. This historic style was enjoyed many centuries ago and typically has grainy and spicy flavour characteristics from using at least 50 percent malted rye, low hop bitterness and classic weizen yeast characteristics of clove, bubblegum and vanilla. This is our take on a German classic!
Scottish Style Ale - 4.8% abv. (Uxbridge)
This smooth amber-coloured ale is inspired by Scotland’s 80/- (80 shilling) beer style, priced according to its strength. The star of Monday Night Piper is its deluxe malt bill – best pale malt from England, and caramel and chocolate malts from Germany, add sweetness, rich colour and a tantalizing sponge-toffee flavour, all before finishing dry. Pairs with roast duck, lamb pie, dried fruit and nuts.
Lager - 4.3% abv. (Zurich)
A light refreshing lager - perfect for your next pasta dinner.
Berry Sour - 5.0% abv. (Toronto)
Boysenberry Sour with Lactose Sugar - lightly tart and highly drinkable.
